Right nipple, erect, irritated

Okay well I think I had this issue before but it is really annoying, my right nipple at the moment is constantly erect, it looks more red compared to the other one and looks a bit bigger than the other when when it has been stimulated (I don't really get much enjoyment out of my nipples lol) I dunno but when I wear a coat or something and it brushes against it, it feels really irritating. Feels a bit sore too.

Any ideas? I got no clue, just seems this happens randomly.

its not random, its a hormone imbalance. time to get your hormones tested and a screening for breast cancer.
